BluePoint MtbDR

BluePoint MtbDR
BluePoint MtbDR

Overview

BluePoint MtbDR starts with DNA extraction, and the target DNA is amplified by nucleic acid and reverse dot-blot hybridization (Reverse Dot-blot Hybridization) to detect whether tuberculosis bacteria are resistant to Rimappin and Isoniazid.

Features

When tuberculosis bacteria are resistant to both drugs Rifampin (RIF) and Isoniazid (INH), they are called multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB); BluePoint MtbDR starts with DNA extraction, and the target DNA undergoes nucleic acid amplification and reverse dot blot The reaction (Reverse Dot-blot Hybridization) was completed within 6 hours to test whether tuberculosis bacteria were resistant to Rifapin and Isoniazid.
